Hi everyone, just after bit of feedback if poss. Have just done run 3 week 5 for the 20 mins, really chuffed as never though I could have done that few weeks ago. On my watch says it was 31 minutes felt like I was going really slow and plodding. Just wanted some idea of what others had done it in. Hope you all have a good day

Hi there. Well done on completing that run!! It felt like such a big leap for me but was SO rewarding... it's where, I think, we really start to feel like we can do this!!

When you say your watch said 31 minutes, did this include warm up and cool down? 😊

Yes so probably right thinking about it. Yes it does feel good as was dreading doing it but glad I did it without stopping.

Not quite sure what you mean.........for most people a twenty minute run lasts twenty minutes.

Well done on doing it and don't worry about speed or comparison.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, you probably ran that in less than 31 minutes, that would include the warm up walk at the start and after you ran, so the actual 20 minutes run would be about 23 minutes, well done, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊.

Just take your time. If you can keep moving for the 20 mins run plus two lots of 5 mins walk then you are doing brilliantly. 👍🏻🏃🏼‍♀️😎👍🏼
