Almost 10 weeks ago I was a mess. Just had a health screening saying I had the heart health of a 68 year old (I'm 44 btw). Almost certainly type 2 diabetic and quite literally a walking heart attack.
If you're reading this thinking about starting C25K do it. Persevere through the undoubted hard times and remember why you started. This. Programme. Works.
You won't shed stones of weight.... yet, but your body shape, general fitness and most importantly your mental health will all improve. Im quite literally a new me!

Well done. I did this for fitness rather than weight loss and feel better than I have in years. The buzz I get from having successfully finished c25k is amazing.
