Post grad run three today, out at 6am in misty exmoor.

Set out initially for a 30min run which has always been about the 5k, and then I pushed it on to 35mins. Been using the Nike running club app and it’s a nice switch up from Laura at a time when I thought I’d struggle without her.

The coach guy won’t be to everyone’s taste for sure, he’s American, very enthusiastic and likes the deep and meaningful thoughts but I’ve really enjoyed it and it feels like a nice progression.

Hope everyone is well, staying safe and enjoying the miles (or kilometres)!!

Sounds like you are enjoying your consolidation runs! Good that you’ve found an app you like to help you. 👍

Hi I downloaded the Nike app,and for my 1st run since completing C25K I selected a 20 min run.(I started a beginners tennis course Weds so knees a bit sore).I too enjoyed the change ,but missed Michael a bit ! Manged to run the fastest I have run and it still felt steady.Weather on my side at 7am misty by the sea here .

Well done you 🏃‍♀️
