First run since graduating on Sunday . I still used app as I needed the comfort of Michael Johnson. I managed my fastest time and first time I have run in the rain. After having a few days off I did find the first ten minutes hard I stuck to the same route and then it all kicked in. Off work now for two weeks so going to try and run every other day.

Enjoy your consolidation runs, you can have any of the week 9 runs with you for those 30 minute consolidation runs, well done on running your fastest time in the ☔ rain.
Once you have completed those consolidation runs you could try the C25K+ Stepping Stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, after that you could if you wish to run a 10K do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan, that's not an app, just Google Magic10, you will then see a plan, a little like C25K for a 10K.
I might sound a bit stupid how many consolidation runs do you do? I saw the 10k plan but don’t know if I am ready for it. Today I done 2.83 miles in 30mins. Any advice and help is much appreciated can’t believe I have come this far💪
You can do as many consolidation runs as you want to, there are some graduation runners who have done as many as ten, I ran six, it's up to you.
You should feel comfortable on your 30 minute runs, if you feel happy then try and run a full 5K, no time limit is necessary, good luck. 👍 🏃🏾 🎓
