Hello! I graduated on 2nd of Aug & found this training programme a true magic. I'm quite skinny, with not much muscle mass, and have always assumed myself physically weak and vulnerable to injuries - but through this programme I gained self confidence. Initially, I thought I would probably develop some knee pain and give up soon - but no! I followed all the instructions explained in the podcasts & now I can run 4.5k in 30 min. Now I believe in myself, in the power of my body and mind.
I found it very helpful to record my runs on Strava to feel happy by seeing my progress.
I'm still listening to the last podcast as I find having Laura along me helps! I should probably find some playlists though! I still haven't decided on what my next challenge should be as I haven't yet got used to running 3 times a week - most weeks I do two. Maybe reaching 3 in a week should be my challenge!

I recently graduated, and run 3 times a week, this last few days I’ve really struggled, it’s been way too hot, only managed 25 minutes on Saturday, Tuesday was about the same, but today I managed 35 minutes. I am still listening to the podcasts too it seems a bit scary to try it alone. I’m enjoying the running and it’s given me confidence too, never thought I could run but I’ve proven I can. Still haven’t managed 5k but I’m sure I will soon. I haven’t set any goals yet either but the main thing for me is that I’m still going out there and running.
Well done on graduating, it's a wonderful feeling isn't it! Just enjoy it, there is lots of advice available when you are ready to mix it up a bit, but consolidating as you are doing is perfect for now 😊
