Hey has anyone else suffered a broken toe and multiple open fractures before? What’s the rehab like will I ever get back out running?

Completed the C25k a few months back and got the buzz only for me to be stopped by an accident and having to have surgery on numerous fractures and have nail beds rebuilt 1 week today actually. Trying to stay positive but I’m wondering what my comeback will be like?
