Sometimes it's hard to get going, but have to give a big push and do then feel much better, after recovery.
I’ve been avoiding staring week 3 but after my coffee I’ll be getting out there... I finished week 2 last Monday so I hope I can manage the jump 🙄

Hi. I completed r1 of my second week. In hindsight I should have gone out earlier than I did, weather so hot! Anyhow, I completed it and so glad that I did. Well done.

It's a great feeling, isn't it? Had the same for a couple of runs along the way, including W5R3 yesterday on a hot humid morning. Totally aced it, and even managed as 30 second sprint at the end!
The runs you do when you're not really feeling it can turn out to be the most satisfying ones.
