Well that felt better than I thought it would, especially after my last run felt pretty tough, although the last minute and half felt like an eternity lol feeling proud of myself πŸ˜€

I did week 2 day 1 today too and thought it was better than I expected! Especially with the wind against me the whole time ... never behind giving a helping hand whichever direction I went! 🀣🀣 by the end I did feel the two minute walk was going quicker than the 90 second run.

I started week 2 this week as well. Found run 1 harder but the next run seemed easier 😊 somehow

Each week the runs will put you at your limit, and you will wonder how you will be able to step up to the bigger runs of the following week. But you can and you will. THe runs will be gwetting longer, but you are getting stronger.
