Completed last night and felt so much better than the first one. Showed right down (almost to the point were I think I was actually walking faster 🙈). Managed to completed without feeling 🤮

You’re at about the point I am. I’ve got W1 R3 today. And I also felt 🤮 after the 1st one! Modified to an almost ‘shuffle run‘ and was ok after number 2. My thighs have more or less stopped aching today, so hoping I’ll be ok on today’s run. Really had to force myself to do run 2 on Wednesday.

Well done on doing your second run. It's an amazing program ( have done it before) Did my 2nd run this morning and slowed it down - felt so much better. So slowing yourself down really works .
I'm determined to keep going with this...It's a win-win situation...even if you walk the whole of the 'run' you are not on the Couch. It has helped focus me during this time and made me focus on 'me' more as I usually run around after everyone else.
Saturdays are usually spent in front of the telly binge watching something....today I'm off for a long walk down the lanes around the airport that I used to do when I was a kid.
