So my last C25k run is tomorrow and I am having mixed emotions. This app (& Sarah Milican) has been a massive part of my life whilst on furlough and has also been a major contributor to me being able to give up smoking. Please tell me other people feel this way ? I have already found the podcasts that continue on from completing C25K which I will be using but tomorrow will be a bittersweet day I feel.

Yep, know exactly how you feel but you will give a massive cheer (and shed a tear) when you graduate! I did my first consolidation run this morning and took my comfort blanket (Laura and the Week 9 podcast) and won't do so again. I felt like i've moved on and now need to find my own way - thought this would be scary but I'm ready to enjoy running 30 mins for a while - just cos now I can - this girl now runs
Yep I know how you feel. I graduated nearly 2 years ago and still occasionally do a w9 run to hear that comforting voice and remind me what I've achieved
Not just me then which is good to know. Love the term safety blanket for the podcast. I will try to go with that and then who knows I may want to put my big girl pants as you have done and run solo 😲
It is strange as it’s like parting from a running companion, but you’ll soon adjust. I’m using the Nike Running Club App, which is free and has various guided runs, tried it for first time today and it’s very good. Good luck with your Graduation Run 👍🏅👀
Tomorrow will be a wonderful triumph! Sarah will have done her job! Some people carry on using the week 9 runs on the app after graduation and you could do that maybe?
To be honest, I ditched the app for my very last run, so Jo Whiley wasn't there for my last run of the programme!
Good luck for your graduation run👍🏃♀️😁
You get used to it really quickly. You could always go over to the other forum and bridge to 10k.
Well I did it but it was harder than I anticipated due to the heat so am going to rerun it and see if I can do better. However for now I am going to bask in the glow of my achievement.
