Well done to you Buckley4 and good luck to you loulouO on starting run 1 of week 1 of C25K, take all the runs slowly, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, especially if the weather is hot, best to run first thing in the morning, you can repeat any runs or weeks if you wish, no running on consecutive days as doing that could cause a injury, good luck to both of you on your running journey with C25K.

Well done you! It's a good feeling to start isn't it? I'm on holidays at moment as I'm a teacher so fitting my runs in are easy but when I go back to school I don't know how I'll fit it in. When do you plan to fit your running in?
