Is it normal to go bright red every time!?

My face gets really red every single time. No matter what the weather. Even if it’s cold. Is this normal? For anyone else? My partner gets redder than normal but only slightly and not for long. My face really goes lobster and sticks around 🥴

Am I doomed to be a running lobster forever?🦞🏃🏻‍♀️

A lot of us finish our runs as sweaty tomatoes. 🍅

Exertion is what is making your face lobster red, run a little slower and hopefully you won't end up looking like a running lobster.

I've never turned lobster. Beetroot, however, is a different matter.

The one to avoid would be pantone.com/color-finder/18... ...

Perfectly normal for some I'm afraid - but we are in the middle of summer, so maybe🤞you will be less red....for a little less time, in the winter? 🤞🤷‍♀️

Yes for me it is x and sweaty as a slug x and I can’t seem to keep up a conversation as some do whilst jogging, oh and I can’t seem to slow down anymore either x

I go exactly the same every time but kind of feel like it means I have worked hard 🤣

I don't tend to go really hot until I stop, mainly because I'm still moving.

"When you exercise, your body temperature increases and carries the blood towards the skin’s surface, causing one to sweat and cool off. This natural body mechanism can lead to a flushed, red face, which can be especially more noticeable in fair-skinned individuals."
