Week 1 Run 1 🤪

Well there's something I never thought I'd say this year. I've just completed my first C25K session and actually didn't feel too bad. Took the dogs with me out across the fields and they didn't seem to mind either! Feeling pretty pleased with myself. Something good will come out of all this Covid business for sure ❤️

Well done for taking your first steps on this amazing plan, stick with it even when you think you can’t, because you can, you have achieved the hardest part by starting the challenge. Keep up the good work 🏃‍♀️

Congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1, glad that you enjoyed your run, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs of weeks if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration especially if the weather is hot, don't run on consecutive days as that could cause a injury.

Good luck for tomorrow, I felt fine the after too, but I’m sure it’ll be worth it in the end. I’ll post again tomorrow to tell you how I feel.
