Week 4 run 1 - surprised by progress

I was pretty daunted heading into today's run and running 5mins but surprised myself by getting through it.

I'm going pretty slow but having never ran before starting this programme, I think that's the way to go!

This forum is great for tips and advice, thanks everyone.

Good for you! I agree slow and steady is best. I’m 55 and just on week 7 of C25k, once we completed the 20 mins run it gave us the impetus to do more. Try not to leave too long in between though, I would say 1-2 days after your rest day, 😊

Thank you, yes trying to run every other day. Actually enjoying it which I never thought I'd say about running! Well done on your progress too 😊
