Running on holiday ....now thats a new experience

have been on holiday this week and completed w7 on C25k. Never before have I taken runni g gear with me and once it was out of the suitcase it was difficult to ignore.

Runnibg at 7am in heat isn't rely my thi g but the elation once I had completed each run was amazing.

Back to a cooler UK today and back to evening runs next week .

Nearly there 6 runs ro go

Well done - I did the last 2 runs of W5 and first of W6 on holiday too! Never ever thought i’d be taking my running gear on holiday! It’s crazy how much has changed in a few weeks!
