Hi I'm Lee. Just downloaded the app.

A few concerns over running again as had hip replacement and experiencing pain in the non replaced hip. But really need to loose weight and be healthier.

You probably won't lose weight initially. You will be converting fat into muscle, though, which means you will get trimmer.

Welcome to the forum and well done

on your decision.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.
