Week 8 run 2

I was a little apprehensive yesterday morning to do run 2 not because of the distance or time, I had been on a bike ride the night before and did 17 miles but all was ok. Quads were a little sore. However the nicest thing about the run was seeing an older lady on her run I said “hello fellow runner” to which she replied “couch 2 5k” she was also on week 8. Anyway just made me smile to see other people’s achievements

Keep smiling 😃 its amazing what it does and you soon forget about your routine and finish in no time, cycling is a low impact exercise so that won't affect your if anything it will improve your breathing exercise. Keep going 👏
