Another week under my belt-that feels good! And to my surprise-it’s getting easier! Not sure how long that will last but what really helped was keeping a real slow steady pace and I kept an eye on landing on the middle of my foot and I swear it’s made a massive difference. In fact on the 4th run I found myself singing - how is this possible? Finally on my last run I was amazed that I actually kept running by the end of it!
So if anyone is doubting themselves at this stage please keep going! I promise you it gets easier!

Well done.. I‘ve just completed W3/R2.. week 3 is a step up and I was petrified but actually, I couldn’t believe how well I managed it! Top tip..go very slowly as it’s 3 minutes for week 3 but only two of those and that’s it! Keep going..
