So pleased to have completed week 1.

Feeling really ready for week 2 and loving it! My new shoes really helped and went out nice and early today to avoid the heat (although it was already hot out there!)

Also realised I have got quicker each time from my Strava stats. This is an extra bonus as wasn’t trying to do this!
