Had my week 7 run 2 today and even though I slowed down I got a strange pins and needles feeling in my right foot, now I have bad aching right calf pain. Never had this before not sure if I’ve injured myself? Really hoping not as really starting to feel I can finish the programme this time!!! Any advice would be really helpful thanks x

Also, check to see if you're tying your laces too tightly.
Pins and needles or numbness can be symptomatic of restricted blood flow.
Most people's feet swell when running and the consequence is more pronounced as you run longer durations, which is why many have running shoes a minimum of half a size and up to two sizes larger than normal footwear.
Try loosening your laces.
