At week one I was shocked at how difficult I found jogging for 60 secs. Now i’ve managed 3mins! The advice about the person on the other side of the hedge was a lightbulb moment. Had a peek at week 4 and gulped but I’ll do my bit and show up to do it.

Two weeks time you’ll do a 20 min run. Then you’ll be truly amazed at your progression.
