So I made it to week 5, the ache in my knee was unbearable at night thought it might be runners knee so waited a few months. The pain was less but even a short walk would bring it back. Sort advise and it turns out that it was tight leg muscles so over the last 4 weeks have stretched and built myself back up and yesterday run one week one completed. Perhaps this time I will get to the end. 😁
