Just graduated and feel absolutely amazing! I have struggled massively some weeks but kept going. I have never stuck to anything exercise before and totally enthuse about this brilliant app. Can anyone tell me what I can do next app wise as I’m worried without a goal I may struggle

Huge well done... the next few week mean lots of consolidation of running... 30 minute runs yes, but shorter ones too and the lovely longer runs that build the stamina and the strength and the newly forming running legs too!

Then maybe try the C25K+ podcasts..they are challenging and fun and teach us about the disciplines in our runs... Many folk try them, much too soon after Graduation, and miss the point completely!

Take a peek at the What Next..in the FAQ pinned post... lots of ideas there as you move onward:)

Congratulations to you Noodles on graduating and completing C25K, well done.

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the June graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃 😊

Have a few days off running then run several 30 minute consolidation runs before you think of what you want to do next, you can vary your runs, do the 3 Stepping Stones +C25K podcasts, pace, speed and stamina then some of the Bridge 210K podcasts. 😊 🏃

Congratulations! I completed w9r2 yesterday so I've also started looking for the next thing. I'll do 3 weeks of consolidation and 1 week of holidays, then I was going to look at the different apps for tracking runs, some of them have training programmes, to see if I like any of them... I like having a goal and tracking the progress in an app so I hope I find one that keeps me motivated
