I was a little apprehensive about running this morning 4 days after my fall and decided to run really slowly. I completed my 30 minutes run with no problems so all is good. Just need to speed up now and reach the 5K goal. π

Well done for getting back out there. A few slow, careful runs should do wonders for your confidence. There's no hurry to reach 5k, much better to enjoy yourself along the way π
