Almost there, ran at about 6pm, was cool but was almost hoping for some rain. A light rain would actually be enjoyable, my face was so hot, i thought i was going to burst! Running for 30min now but cant say its easy. Ive never done anything so challenging. Good luck to you all.... oups, i ate a yoghurt before my run, i wouldn't advice it! 🙄

Oops re the yogurt.. I find eating before is a bad idea too 😕 hence me preferring early morning before breakfast.
