I started this journey when all the gyms shut due to the virus. Didn’t think I’d be able to do it- due to slipped discs in back. But I flippin’ well did!!
I didn’t reach the 5k mark in the 9 week plan so since then have ran up to 5k in 35 minutes 💃
I actually love it. Look forward to my running day’s. Dare I say I’m sticking to it. More so than the gym-
I’ve cancelled that. Anyway going to try and look to perhaps move up to doing the 10k but looking for a good plan.
