Where is my motorvasion gone?

Why did you start running in the first place? That should be your motivation.

You've hit your target. Well done!
Now pick a reason why you want to keep going. It has to come from you.
You might now want to work towards a target of increasing your duration, your distance or your speed.
You might now want to work towards joining in with others in a park run (when they start up again).
You might now want to keep up a routine to help with your general fitness or health.

Totally understand where you're coming from. I went through a stage like that after graduating and I'm going through another now. It seems cyclical. I felt adrift and lost without the structure of the app. I don't know if you run with music or not but I eventually found that Nike Run Club guided runs gave me a bit more focus and I felt I still had someone in my head. Each to their own but look for things that work for you. What is it that's holding you back??

I plan on doing a few charity 5k's maybe longer term a 10k. Giving me something to aim for.

I finished the programme quite a few weeks ago with no particular goal but to continue to run for 30 mins 3 times a week. But with no plan it could be for longer duration. I found trying to run faster to be more difficult so haven't focused on that. But it is now over a week since I last ran so feeling the pressure to get out there again before I get out of the habit. So really I can't advise you but I am sure that there are others here who can.

It is common for new graduates to feel adrift and aimless after C25k which is why the Consolidation Club exists healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Have you read the guide to post C25k running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... it is full of tips.

Motivation?
Thanks for the comments...i started running to lose some weight and to make myself feel better...I know when i have done a run i feel great and so glad i have done it! I also know that after so many weeks of building it all up...it would be such a waste to not keep it up and keep it going!!!

I ran week 9 of the program for 2 extra weeks and in one of the 3 runs used the cool down 5 minutes as running time to try and get to 5k. Make sure you still do the 5 minute walk though.
Last week, I extended my time again by 10% - it just happens at my pace that’s 5k on all three runs. Was hard though.
I’ve got a medium term target of 10k but that will be a while yet as I want to be comfortable with 5 first.
What all that waffle is trying to say is have a target for your running as has been said already but if you’re increasing duration don’t rush it and make it unpleasant.
