What an enjoyable 35 minutes... i think I've found a rhythm that sees me be be able to just put one foot in front of the other and keep going.
Another PB with km's 2,3 and 4 between 7:41 and 8:13. Still some way to go before I stand any chance of hitting 5k in 30 mins but I'm over the moon with it.
Onto W7 now on Monday. We are off to the Norfolk Broads next week so will be making sure I find the time for the 3 runs of week 7 whilst steering a steady course on the water. Anyway Laura said I'm a runner now so would be rude to not keep it up!!

Well done. Sounds like you've found your happy pace there👍
Enjoy Norfolk next week. Was planning going camping there this year, but fell through, so off to Lincolnshire coast next week. Going to take my running shoes too. 🏃♂️
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, yes, Laura told you that you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs. 🏃🏾 👍
Funny, I was thinking the same about finding a nice steady pace during my W6R3 yesterday. I'm not sure I'll ever manage sub 30m 5k but I'm enjoying the journey
