It's great to see so many people graduating, and congratulations to you all. For all those part way through just keep at it and keep using this forum. There are so many supportive people on here and lots of great advice and dare I say, always someone going through the same stage or having the same doubts as you.

I've had a terrible week work wise and avoided running since the 16th July but this morning I forced myself out the door. So glad I did, it really helps to clear the mind and get yourself feeling good, to top it all it was a pb as well.

Before this course, a terrible week would've meant a weekend at the pub and takeaway, my my how things can change lol.

I'm looking forward to the Park Runs starting up again and will be getting involved.

Stick with it people and trust the programme and forum.

Stay safe.

Hi Tattoosteve!

Sorry to hear you had such a pants week but delighted to also hear that you ran. Wooo hoooo! 👏 I know what you mean bad days/weeks are hard to shake off and to even get going again ( my go to is alcohol, cheese and chocolate and NOT exercise) but now you have got your mojo back.

Forget this week and revel in your strength and determination that you clearly have!

Well done on your PB. A great way to counter those work stresses for sure.
