So after my injury Thursday all was feeling better so decided a run today. Managed just over 15min before I felt the discomfort coming back. Decided to stop as I didn’t want to risk it. How long should I wait as I thought it was healed. Should I just do smaller build up runs

Initially it was the area between calf and ankle, but while running this morning definitely calf are

So it seems you had calf issues before. Have you had a gait analysis and had shoes fitted? You might also need a physio. Higher drop shoes could help or gel heel cups.
