Think I made an immediate mistake with my first consolidation run. I ran it to the stepping stones app. I think I should have been rerunning wk 9 for a while? I’ve read so much I think I’ve confused myself! 😂 Stepping stones felt a wee bit of a shock to the system initially but I felt I calmed down into it. It definitely speeded me up, I gained 5 achievements on it. Unfortunately I was squeezing it into a walk with my in laws so had to walk for 2 hours afterwards. Was definitely feeling the ache by the end of all that! Luckily, I feel ok today and will rest tomorrow as well, I think. But am I right in thinking I should just be rerunning Wk9 for a couple of weeks?

A little mistake, don't worry about that, run several, perhaps 6/30 minute consolidation runs before you do the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura, take a extra day off running before you run again. 😊 🏃🏾

Yep, but it’s an easy one to make! Consolidation is all about just doing what you were doing in week 9... no need to add pace or distance... just relax and run.
Great job on that stepping stones though... and the 5 achievements you bagged! Just imagine what you’ll do when you’re truly ready for those podcasts!
