Finally finished wk7

So that’s it after almost two weeks and numerous set backs I have finished my mental nemesis wk7.

I’m back off work again for 6 wks so am definitely going to get cracking.

I’ve got six runs left till graduation, 🤪🤪

On a different note my husband has started making noises about starting C25K. I think because he’s seen me do it he really knows it’s achievable.
