Boo! Wk7,R3..just couldn’t finish :/

Had been on a great streak, but for some reason just now I had to stop 7 mins short; I had my light rain shell on, my new trainers and running socks but everything felt “off”; feet hot, head hot, legs heavy, just couldn’t get into my stride... at least I got off the couch and did 18-20mins. But sharing so others who have to stop know IT happens... :/

Treat it as a training run, Luvlollyboo we all have off days, running 28-20 minutes is still very impressive. You’re next run will be totally different, it happens to all of us, no rhyme or reason....stay positive you’re doing great👍

No biggie, W7 is all the same so you’ve obviously completed the run twice already. We all have off days, I think in your position I’d probably just move on to week 8 😊

I’ll play it safe ;) Still get a little intimidated by anything over 20....

I wouldn’t worry, I graduated and had done several consolidation runs before not managing to complete a run for the first time. Everything felt off right from the first few steps! I gave up at 3k and about 22 minutes as I knew I wouldn’t manage the 5k which is taking me 37-38mins. But I’ve been out a few times since and managed the 5k again, albeit I seem to be getting slower! Don’t be disheartened, you’ll manage it fine next time
