Thank you Berkshirebabe. I feel like an athlete this morning - at least in my head. No longer the beetroot faced darth vadar breather that I was to begin with. Still a bit beetroot faced but now only the usual dial up heavy breather (I’m guessing here). So looking forward to going out again and improving what I can do!!
