I’ve graduated and have been running 3,times each week. Loving it, last Monday I got ankle pain after about 15mins (not aware of rolling or landing badly) , I tried to run on but decided to walk back home. The pain has got worse, it hurts in the outside of my ankle above the joint and across the front of the join between shin and foot. I’m resting as much as poss, I’ve iced it, wearing bandage, taking pain killers. I’ve no idea what I’ve done but How do I get back to running once it’s sorted? 🤬🤬😢😢
