Well week 5 started well completed all 3 5 minute runs and felt really good 😀 I could see how far I’d progressed, then run 2 came along today and when mr Jordan whispered in my ear today we’re going to do 2 8 minute runs, (just imagine the look of horror on my face) I thought ok I can do this. And I did! WOOHOO!! The last 2 minutes of the final run was hard but I powered through and made it to the end. After run stretches complete now time to sit in the bath and relax. run 3 on Sunday.
