Struggled with this run today perhaps humidity had something to do with it or it’s just one of those runs. Still amazed i can run for 30 mins. Hopefully will have a better run 2.

I did W9 R2 today and struggled with the heat even though I went out early. My phone said 88% humidity so let’s blame that 😂😂. Nearly there!
