I completed the program last week and it felt amazing, while I haven't lost weight I have been able to eat and drink what I want over lock down without putting on weight and my fitness has increased hugely. Found it hard to hit 5k in 30 minutes but that's my next target, really great and fab app! Go for it!

Well done! Same here , know have toned in parts but no weight loss or gain. That next challenge! However a visit to vet told me my cat has put on weight! 😹

That's great, now for your consolidation period before you decide on your next target.
Very few achieve 5k in 30 mins so if you are super fit forget it. Some never achieve 30 min 5ks, it all depends on what you are. Take it slow and stay injury free.
You will attain weight loss in time but have a sensible diet and run regular.
