Hi, lovely people.

On Monday I started W5 of the challenge. That day I came back and ate very fast emotionally ate throughout the day. Ending with a spoon some drops of bleach in it (Don't ask) So I've been unwell since. Today I feel a wee better and I'm already thinking about going for a run. My upper tummy is still a bit bloated. I want to take it easy, shall I do the same I did last or go even further I do week 4?

What do you think?

As I state in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... I don't run if I am physically below par, simply because it will be more difficult and less enjoyable than when you are in good nick.

I would recommend waiting until you are fully recovered and can enjoy your run.

I just came back, I was surprised I managed the first 8 minutes but on the 2d run I stopped midway through. I'm happy I did it anyway. This week is proving quite the psychological challenge.

I agree 100% with IannodaTruffe on this one... runs can be tough all by themselves, if I know it’s gonna suck I don’t run.

Yeah, don’t be afraid to take a rest if you need one, your health is far more important 🙂
