I really thought about pushing through the walk tonight.. I felt great. Legs were strong and my breathing was really good.

Onward to run 3 now. Bit of a change for me as I'm planning to run in the morning but I actually think this is doable!!

Well done... not sure if you ran last night as well ? But if so make sure you do have a rest day in between runs. Those rest days are essential :)
