Week 9 run 1 completed! 30 mins 🙌🏼

Gave it my all for the last 60 seconds..... almost vomited! 🤢

4.01km in 30mins! Well off the 5km mark but very proud of myself!

Good run for you today C1984, don't worry about that time, the main thing is that you enjoy your running 🏃🏾.

Well done - 4k is actually pretty great! You'll work up to 5k after you graduate - plenty of time for that. In the mean time bask in that 30 minute run - only 2 more now!!!

I’m on week 9 run 1 tomorrow. Ran week 8 run 3 yesterday and really struggled which showed at 3.46 km in 28 minutes. I’m just so pleased I’m still managing to run for that length of time. Just a few short weeks ago I struggled to run for 1 minute! I’m never going to be a marathon runner but feel now there might just be a place for running in my life and for that I am grateful x. Well done. Keep going xx

Don’t worry too much about pushing yourself to the limit, you are awesome and you are getting stronger with each run

Thanks all, I really think it’s a mind over matter thing.

I find diet and water intake is so important. The better I eat and the more water I consume the stronger I feel on my run!

Thanks for the ongoing words of wisdom!
