Back to week 6 run 1 after busting my toe!

I almost graduated (week 9 run 2) but went back to run from week 7 with my son who’d fallen behind after breaking his toe.

But then I busted MY toe and haven’t run since!

So today was the first day back in ages, and decided to start off at week 6. Loved it, but could really feel how my fitness had slipped. Might need to ease myself back in gently!

Sorry about you and your son breaking your toes on two separate occasions, seems to run in the family, just hope it doesn't happen again, good luck in resuming your runs at week 6, onwards and upwards to week 7 🏃🏾.
