Today's run was tougher than expected... I managed it, but I felt pretty knackered afterwards.... more so than previous runs.
The end of both 10 minute segments were uphill, I guess that may have made it a little more difficult mentally and/ physically? I'm also not finding the music so good this week either.... maybe that also has an effect? I usually tag on an extra run at the end, but only managed 2 mins extra today.
I guess today was just one of those 'not so good' runs. It's the 25 min run next..... I intend to just go slow. I have managed all runs up until now, so there's no reason the next will be any different. Looking forward to a little happy 'I did it' jig afterwards π

I found w6r2 really hard as well - I had a bit of a crisis of confidence during the walk in the middle. Iβd read that people found the 25 mins easier than the intervals and so I blanked the previous run out of my mind as a blip and just went for it (slowly of course!)
Not quite sure I had the energy for a jig afterwards but I was grinning for hours! π€£
Well done for today. Like you my next run is week6run3. I nearly died when I saw it was a 25 minute run. I think the banging tunes will definitely have to be perfect. Good luck.
I usually use the podcasts, so I don't get to choose the music.... up until now the music has been fine... not stuff I'd usually listen to, but not offensive. This week was the first week that I've thought 'what an earth is this!?' π
It definitely caught me out did run 2!! But run 3 was my best and easiest run so far! I made sure I started very slow and kept to that pace for the whole of the run and that worked really well for meπ
