After a really busy few weeks at work and a particularly stressful day yesterday I decided to take a couple of hours out this morning to do W9 R1 somewhere nice. I’ll make the hours up over the rest of the week and more I’m sure! Within seconds I was focused on putting one foot in front of the other, my upbeat tunes, the lovely surroundings and the feel of wind on my skin. Plus the euphoria of achieving 30 minutes of running pushed all feelings of stress even further away. Back to work now but feeling so much better and ready to face what’s ahead.
