Well I should had run yesterday but I was working so I didn’t do and done it this morning, can’t believe I can run this long! I didn’t think I would of got this far to be honest but I have surprised myself and really enjoyed most of it!

But I came crashing when I realised that it’s nearly then end of it....🙁

Well done on your progress so far. It can feel a bit disappointing almost as you get towards the end of the programme. Nearly at the goal post, not the finish line. Start planning your next goals so you have something else to look forward to, and don't forget to think about what you are going to reward yourself with at the end of week 9.
