Wk 2 done and sunshine after rain

Really enjoyed this week. I’ve been reading the forum and watched the Japanese slow running video recommended by several people and this has really helped. I’m just enjoying the run and not worrying about the pace and this has made things much easier. I’m also taking a photo at the end of each run so I have something to look back on.

Well done for completing Week 2! It’s not about speed, but stamina. Slow and steady is the key. You can always speed up later in the program if you even want to! As long as you make the movements of running, your stamina is growing. It’s a good idea about the photos, too. I’ve been forgetting to do that lately!

Great! I also finished week 2 yesterday. Slow and steady too but my joints are thanking me for that. Think this is better than worrying about pace. Am also taking a photo for each run! I noticed I am looking forward to my run days now too. Here we go - week 3 up next!
