Consolidation Run 4 ✅

First day back at work after 10 weeks! Eased back in with a nice 12.5hr shift! I cycled home & was going to give my run a miss, but my legs felt good. Quick change & straight out of the door!

Probably my most consistent run to date! It felt good from start to finish! Cycling is helping my running legs & running is definitely helping my cycling legs!

I’m very impressed... that’s a long day, even before adding all the exercise in! Cycling and running are great cross training for each other... all you need now is some open water swimming and the Ironman awaits!

Wowzers - each of those elements is an achievement in itself. Great though that you just went for it. Great day - hopefully today is a recover day!
