This is what happens when you stick to the programme then after 9 wks I went out with my runner hubby and hit 5k under 30mins! Absolutely unbelievable! This has changed my life and given me the confidence that anything is possible. I could barely run for 30 secs 9 weeks ago. Trust the programme.... it will take you there as if by magic. It’s not just a dream!!
