W2R1 done! Loved it again! Even jogged a little more than Sarah told me! Definitely my stamina is improving! Didnt notice the extra seconds on my breathing, only the distance it makes. Hubby, who runs with me, said I'm showing remarkable improvement! Any tips on how to hear the coach above my music though? I find it hard to hear her? Cant wait for Friday!

That is very good that your stamina is improving and you are enjoying your runs with your husband, as far as loud music 🎶, if you can as they say "turn the volume down" of the music, that way you should be able to hear what your coach says. 😊 🏃🏾

Aww thank you. I am using the app, Sarah, and spotify, running 2020. I like it loud, it helps me run, but I can barely hear Sarah when she talks, had the same problem with Jo too, thought it was because she talks so softly. I thought that the app would lower the volume more when they talk?
Well done JoggingT, you’re doing well, it’s a great feeling when you realise you’re getting fitter and your stamina is increasing, you’ll start to notice the muscles in your legs toning up to...,Ive found it’s all about getting into a good rhythm with your breathing, your legs just keep going then.....oh and don’t think about anything, nice clear mind helps 👍
