Who knew!?! It’s my 6th week attempting to run and yes my third attempt at completing week 2 but how wonderful is running in the rain??! I genuinely never knew how liberating it could be. Bodes well for autumn as I’ll probably only be on week 3 still by then 😂

Running in the rain is a lot nicer than I thought it would be, didn't love it in my first 5 minute walk but once I got into the run it was fine. You got to repeat it as many times as you need, it will be so worth it though!

Yes! I was so delighted to find this, given that I live in Yorkshire...! But the motivation to get out the door...ugh. I do not like running in wind, though

My time for that run would have been more than 34 minutes! I was heading north though... 🤔
